When you complete this form and click submit, a copy will be sent to the UUCE Business Office to provide us with the information needed to generate a draft contract and quote for your event.

Remember, your space reservation is not set in stone until you have signed a contract with the UUCE Office, and paid your non-refundable $50 booking fee. We cannot hold space without a signed contract and booking fee.

You are welcome to call the UUCE Office with any questions, but please note that we do not complete rental requests over the phone. If you need assistance completing the inquiry form, you are welcome to stop by UUCE during Open Office Hours, M-F 10am-3pm.
